Shoreditch Platform, opening its doors this month, is set to be London’s first pay by the hour workspace and it already looks fantastic. In the place of Shoreditch’s old train station platform on Kingsland Road, Shoreditch Platform will offer flexible working space for creative businesses, determined start-ups and budding entrepreneurs.
The Concept
Shoreditch Platform is an environment to cultivate your creativity, to meet like-minded individuals and bring your business into fruition. The workspace has been expertly designed by prolific architect and designer Alex Meitlis with the intention of promoting creativity and boosting production.

How it Works
Unlike other coworking spaces, Shoreditch Platform does not make its members commit to month long contracts but instead offers a pay-as-you-go service. Members top up their card and are charged by the hour they spend in the space. Work either in the members’ lounge or in the dedicated quiet workspace. The choice of work environment is left entirely to you.
