There have not been any new serviced offices opened by the large Landlords like Regus or MWB so many of the buildings in the area are small and with only a handful of rooms.

It is run by a small London based operator which has only the one serviced office in Shoreditch but they look after it well. It provides companies looking to be in the center of Tech City an opportunity to be close to Silicon Roundabout as it’s only a few minutes walk.
It’s run by Kelly and Fanny who are always on hand to help out their tenants, meaning this building maintains a friendly and client focused atmosphere. Which normally means that all the rooms are booked.
However the best thing about this building could also be considered to be it’s close proximity to Giddy Up, one of the areas best coffee stations.
